The Mad Genius as a Risus Character.

Welcome to my Risus & Gaming page (aka "Risus, Risus, Ra, Ra, Ra, but "Risus" is closer in pronunciation to Reese's Pieces. That was taken; took me a while to realize, "Hey! The monkeys!"  And there is more to the name change which you would know about if you were on the RisusTalk YahooGroup.). Honorable Mention:
Cause it's my favorite.
http://www.velvet-edge.com/silverlode_1908.html
Silverlode 1908 is the work of The Risus Monkey. This page contains his house rules and interpretations of the core rules. In addition to being a marvelously fun Weird West setting, the rules excellent and the writing is crisp and clear.

New Settings:
Pulp Adventures in a Hard Solar System: In the future there are dames, gumshoes, mind blasting horror, and a solar system with nine planets. Outland meets Cast a Deadly Spell.

Agents of WHO: Imagine Super Agents of SHIELD and what they might do in an episode of Doctor Who...

Clone Wars: Too much caffeine, too many RPG message boards, and a fair amount of disappointment with George Lucas spawned this. Watch the cartoons, grab your dice, and save The Republic from itself!

Perdition Alley: A setting that evolved from my 24 Hour RPG entry. This is what comes of being a Philosophy Student (2) and Alice Cooper Fan (3). I am inclined to call this Guignol's final evolution, though I miss the abstract attributes of the original (which was done as a 24-hour RPG).

NORMAL: What would happen if the superheroes won? What would happen if there were no supervillians? Ordinary folks have a right to be evil!
